BBC NEWS | Technology | Berners-Lee 'sorry' for slashes

The forward slashes at the beginning of internet addresses have long annoyed net users and now the man behind them has apologised for using them.

Is your only choice, as George Carlin put it, between paper and plastic? Well, maybe it's age rage or maybe it is simply time to pay attention and form your own opinions.
